Cancellation policy for winter 2021/22 and summer 2022:
We understand that plans can change, so if you need to change or cancel your reservation, please follow the guidelines and cancellation policy below to avoid misunderstandings:
- Cancellation up to 3 months before the date of arrival no cancellation fees,
- cancellation up to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total agreed price,
- cancellation up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total agreed price
- and cancellation in the last week before the arrival 90% of total package price.

* Vom Skigebiet Forstau-Fageralm können Sie direkt bis zu unserem Haus mit den Skiern abfahren

An- und Abreise
Die Zimmer sowie die Ferienwohnung sind ab 16 Uhr bezugsfertig. Bei Ihrer Abreise sind diese bis 10.00 Uhr freizugeben. Wir bitten Sie uns bei einer Anreise nach 18 Uhr telefonisch zu verständigen. Am Abreisetag können Sie Ihr Gepäck gerne in unserem Aufbewahrungsraum deponieren.

Parkplatz, Unterstellplätze
Es steht Ihnen ein PKW-Parkplatz kostenlos zur Verfügung. Für Motorräder ist ein Unterstellplatz vorhanden, für Mountainbikes und Fahrräder ein Garagenplatz.
Rauchen
Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaus. Raucher dürfen Ihre Zigarette im Freien genießen.
Haustiere
In unserem Haus sind keine Haustiere erlaubt!
Essen & Trinken
Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit Kleinigkeiten, wie Pizza, Gulaschsuppe, belegte Brote, ... zu bestellen; nachmittags auch gerne Kaffee und Kuchen. Günstige Getränke (Selbstbedienung).
Anzahlung & Bezahlung
Bei fixer Reservierung ersuchen wir Sie um eine Anzahlung auf unser Konto. Erst dann erlangt Ihre Reservierung Gültigkeit. Den Restbetrag bezahlen Sie bitte am Vorabend Ihrer Abreise.

Reiseversicherung
Eine Buchung ist ein Kaufvertrag. Bei Stornierung, verspäteter Anreise und vorzeitiger Abreise fallen Stornogebühren an. Jedem kann einmal etwas dazwischenkommen (Krankheit, Unfall,…). Deshalb empfehlen wir für diesen Fall eine Reiseversicherung abzuschließen.
